Program History
The Albertus Magnus Football Team competes in the highly regarded Section 1 Football Conference. In this venue, the team competes not only against the top teams in our area, but also against the best teams in the state. Recently, the team won the 2017 Section 1 Class B Championship and advanced to the State Quarterfinal. The team were also League Champions in 2017 and 2007.

Coaches
Varsity Head Coach Luke Lodini enters his second year as the Varsity Head Coach in 2025. Prior to being named the Head Coach, he spent the previous year as the Offensive Line Coach at Albertus. Prior to Albertus, he was an Intern Offensive Line Assistant at SUNY Brockport. Coach Luke was a four-year starter at SUNY Brockport where he excelled on the field. He was a 2x Team Captain, 3x First Team All-Conference, 1x First Team All-Region, a 2x Preseason All-American and a Division 3 All-American. He was also named a SUNY Scholar Athlete at SUNY Brockport.
