AM's Academic Honor Roll Ceremony for Q2 held on Friday, February 14, 2025.
The Academic Honor Roll Ceremony recognized students who have achieved First and Second Honors, Commendations and Commitment to Excellence Awards for Q2.
The AM curriculum was developed through a collaborative process which involves individual teacher contributions, small group sessions and larger group meetings. Relevant educational standards, including those proposed by content area experts, the Advanced Placement Curriculum, Next Generation Standards, and subject-specific Core Competencies, provide the foundation for learning. The resulting consensus reflects the collective thinking of classroom teachers based on collected data, their observation of student learning and their knowledge of educational best practice and research. The AM curriculum also includes teacher generated ideas for the infusion of our Dominican Charism and Gospel values. The Commitment to Excellence Award (CEA) recognizes students who demonstrate academic excellence by working to the best of his or her ability in a particular discipline or class. The CEA is in celebration of enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated students who exemplify the ideals of an Albertus Magnus education.
