The Light the Torch Celebration is more than just an evening of celebration—it is a vital part of sustaining and strengthening our mission. Through the generosity of our alumni, parents, and friends, this event directly supports our students.
At Albertus, every student is Known and Valued. This Catholic education, steeped in the Dominican pillars of prayer, study, community, and service, educates our students to Lead themselves, Serve others, and Inspire everyone.
On this evening, we will recognize two alumni for their dedication to our school and two staff members for their over 25 years of service to Albertus with the Falcon Cup Award – Mr. John McNiff, ’75, Mr. Joe Sarvis, ’75, Mrs. Noreen Power, Director Admissions, and Mr. Michael McAndrew, Chair of the Social Studies Department. Their devotion reflects the very best of Albertus – a legacy of leadership, faith, and unwavering commitment to the mission of Albertus.
